This short course introduces the core principles and delivery models of connected higher education (CHE) for displaced learners. Participants will explore how to design flexible, accredited, and contextually relevant programmes, with attention to pedagogy, technology, partnerships, and delivery approaches. By the end, learners will be prepared to make strategic, learner-centred decisions for CHE implementation.
